At VitalPurge, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days

    • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

    • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (times may vary by destination)

3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, and DHL to ensure timely deliveries.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be sent via email once your order is dispatched.

  • You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

5. Delays & Customs

  • While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or customs inspections for international orders.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied by their local authority.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

  • VitalPurge is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vitalpurge.com.au with your order number and photos (if applicable).
